Its that time of year again. We are in full preperation for the 4th annual Marine Corps Mud Run. All the events will take place at the beautiful Jomeokee park in Pinnacle NC. This years event promises to be the best yet.

Running since 1992 (7th grade).
NCAA DIII All-American 6x (cross country & track) at Calvin College.
Betsy Armentrout
Graduated from Indiana University in 1994 and Wake Forest School of Medicine in 1998.
Married to Brant, two sons.
Swam in college. Runner since 1994.
Occupation: Pediatrician
